Slow Loading Admin Panel and Can Not Create Posts

I have absolutely no idea what to do… and after some advice. I have WordPress 3.3.1 running for http://www.thisisxbox.com/360 and last night, out of the blue I can not seem to access the admin panel, but after a few tries it eventually loads after a really long login – yet fails to show any posts, pages, categories, or users in the back-end.
If I want to add a new post it takes another long loading period but I have the option to “Submit to Review” instead without being able to actually post anything as the administrator.
In the front-end everything looks normal, but in the back-end it’s as if there is no content there at all. I have tried renaming the Plugins folder, deleting cache, checking and repairing the database, Auto Increment is set, – yet nothing works!
So to clarify, I am able to eventually login to the admin panel, but once logged in I am unable to see posts, pages, comments and neither can I create any. All the categories and tags are showing as empty.
This is really weird, yet I am pretty sure I can post to the site using XML-RPC and Windows LIVE Writer, but because that doesn’t set a ‘featured image’ as required for all posts on thisisxbox.com, it’s therefor useless to me.
Anyone else have the same issue and has managed to resolve it?
