I've got a slow loading website. This is not something that optimization can fix. I suspect my host is the problem but I can't confirm it. They point the finger at WordPress. It worked fine a couple of months ago.

Never even loaded for me. If you can get into admin, deactivate all plugins and see if it loads. If you can't get into admin, use FTP to rename your plugins folder to force deactivate them.
Probably still is the host. Bluehost is a good, and it's not that big of a deal to move hosts.
