my website http://www.herpinkjersey.com is a wordpress site but the last 12 hours or so we have had a very very slow loading issue with the dashboard and plugins.. my internet is full signal and my pc and mac are running clean and clear.. can you please help with this issue

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights#url=http_3A_2F_2Fwww.herpinkjersey.com_2F&mobile=false shows some ideas to speed it up but it is not that slow. Loading very quickly for me in IE9.

Seems to be loading quickly for me, although you could improve by optimizing your images.

Use Gtmetix to determine which images.

looks like a server issue with my site http://www.herpinkjersy.com having major isses completely logging in to my wordpress dashboard for the site ,, any suggestions
