   Hi everyone.

   Am a beginner at wordpress so having a few problems. The main one which am struggling to work out is that the home page takes much longer to load than all the other pages.

   Dont know what you might need to know but my host company is fasthosts and the address is http://www.vauxcarewirral.co.uk./test

   Sorry, not sure what you mean by page not found. Just tried it myself and it appeared.

   ah...extra period in the original link, thanks

   The pages all load in the same time

   Are you using a cache or something? Your source code displays page serve times at the bottom, not standard WP behaviour. But the times are all around 3 seconds

   Thanks for the help, will give it try.

   With regards to caching i am using minify.
