slider with thumbnail navigation

I’m looking for a slider that has thumbnail navigation but have not been able to find exactly what I am looking for. What I am looking for is to be able to have a large slider image for a category which I can link to that category excerpts page … lets say the category is fruit.
Then I want to have thumbnails of different links on the side such as apples, oranges, bananas and so on that I chose and not necessarily the newest.
The next large slider picture would be meat with thumbnails of chicken, pork, beef, and so on.
I would appreciate any help with this since I have been looking all morning but not able to find this.
