For some reason my twitter feed is not showing.

    My site

It is placed into my site using the php short code and I have css editing the way it looks.

It works on version 1.0.4 since I am using it on another site.

I am sure it is something simple I need to change, but can't seem to find it. Could someone help me?

    Thanks,
    -Kasandra

    Hi Kasandra,

I just looked into this and it is a bug which slipped through after a recent change. I moved the printing of the javascript into a static method, with a check so that it only prints once, no matter how many widgets/shortcodes are used. However, my test page already had a widget slider, so I did not realise that the shortcode was not correctly printing the javascript.

I have created a dedicated test page for widgets and one for shortcodes now, so that I can see if one source fails to behave correctly. Sorry this managed to make it into a live version.

I will be patching it shortly so that the Shortcode correctly prints the javascript required.

I just noticed another bug in the slider javascript, where it cycles through all the tweets once but with them all invisible. I am going to work on this quickly before I push out the update. Hopefully won't be too long!

    Hi Kasandra,

That took significantly longer than expected, but I have just pushed out 1.1.6, which should correctly print the javascript for the Slider when using a Shortcode.

The bug I found turned out to be that the Slider was sometimes incorrectly counting the slides (over counting), and so occasionally spent time trying to show slides which did not exist (leaving nothing visible). I improved the method used for counting and that seems to be solved now.

Thank you for letting me know about the issue, I really appreciate you helping me to improve the plugin. Let me know if you have anymore problems!
