    Hi,

    dealing with a slider issue. Didn´t change anything in the css or slider settings. The slider is not set to full width, but in some browsers it does display full width. But the main problem is that after loading the page, the slider gets cropped. You can see it in one of the slides with the writing e.g.

    I set it to full width and back, it stays like that.

    I´m using Customizr Child Theme in the latest version. I checked on different browsers (IE, Opera, Mozilla, Tor, Pale Moon) and different PCs and screens.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Marco

  • Well now it is in full width..
    Anyway for the problem of cropping, uncheck the option in “Responsive Settings” => “Enable/disable slider’s slides centering on any devices”.
    That happens ’cause the aim of that option is to center slides (horizontally and vertically) maintaining the correct proportions and the height of the carousel item chosen via css.

    Yeah, already changed that. Problem is solved in some browsers now, but still the same in others, although cache was emptied.

    Well I can tell you that is still working, this in your source page:

    var TCParams = {"FancyBoxState":"1","FancyBoxAutoscale":"1","SliderName":"slider-1","SliderDelay":"4000","SliderHover":"1","SmoothScroll":"linear","ReorderBlocks":"1","CenterSlides":"1","HasComments":"","LeftSidebarClass":".span3.left.tc-sidebar","RightSidebarClass":".span3.right.tc-sidebar"};

    “CenterSlides”:”1″
    So this is a (server side) cache problem.

    Ok, I see. I´ll see what happens next 🙂 It´s getting better… although I still don´t understand, coz I never touched the responsive settings before…

    It’s a new “feature” that could have those side effects. It depends on the height of the carousel item and the height of the image.

    This feature wasn’t there in previous versions, and if you wanna blame someone for that.. well .. I’m the one to curse 😛
