Slider doesn't show up at all?

    Hi there – Easing Slider is installed in WordPress but when I try to use the shortcode to get the slider to show up on my main home page nothing happens.

    I go to the page called “Home,” which is designated as my static front page, and I post “[easingsliderlite]” into either visual or text editor and neither time does the slider show up on the front page.

    I have four images uploaded as a slideshow currently.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @samtaylor, seems unusual. Do you have any problems printing plain text? If you could add some text to the page I’ll have a look and check if the shortcode is getting printed correctly.

    Hi Matthew – I tried printing text and it doesn’t print!

    It must be the theme we’re using.

    I suppose I’ll have to ask the guy who built it to tell me where to put the php code?

    Hey Matthew – wanted to update you – I was able to place the php code in the homepage template file and this worked perfectly, even without the help of the guy who built it. Thanks again for such a wonderful plugin!
