Yes, Print CSS and Print JS is enabled
Can you disable all plugins (apart from Meta Slider) on your test site and let me know please? It looks like you might have something to do with cloudflare on there which is altering your css and js includes.

I have install clear wordpress and html5 blank templates on localhost once again and now is working great :))

Awesome, good to hear. I suspect it was the plugin that was changing your urls to get styles and scripts from cloud front – can you let me know what that plugin might have been? I’ll give it a test here.
