   I launched my news/features site barely a month ago using the Max Mag Theme. Everything seems to be working fine until about 24 hours ago when I discovered that the slider has disappeared. Secondly, the News Ticker under my logo has also frozen. My tech guy is unreachable at the moment. I have looked everywhere as far as my limited technical knowledge could take me, but I just couldn't fix these problems. Can somebody please tell me how to get the Theia Slider back up and the News Ticker running again?

   I just checked IE9, everything you mentioned works fine.

   Although the slider took little bit longer to load, nonetheless, it works.
