Slidedeck very slow loading

Randomly, on my site http://www.fotocomefare.com, slidedeck takes up to 20 seconds to load.
The file taking so long is http://www.slidedeck.com/6885858486f31043e5839c735d99457f045affd0/1.3.5/lite.

I have both MaxCDN and w3tc, can I use them to cache it, since as I see it only is an icon?
