slide show not working, help plz.

i am new to word press and a really enjoy the theme. have looked at other themes and not nearly as universal as this one. however, i am experiencing difficulty with the slide show. it simply does not work. i have re-installed the theme and have not installed any plug ins. any suggestions to resolve this issue would be appreciated. tx.
