SLB handles loading jQuery itself, so it's not necessary to add it manually.
I have tested the original theme ("Flozo") and SLB worked properly once the outdated jQuery versions were removed and WP's jQuery was allowed to load (the theme actively blocks WP's version of jQuery from loading).
The theme is still not ideal (it has several coding issues), but if you want to keep using it, I would recommend that you:
- Download the latest version of the theme (SLB was tested with version 1.0)
- Remove the hardcoded versions of jQuery and relocate other scripts to the footer (where WP's jQuery is loaded)
- Unblock WP's jQuery from loading
SLB should work after this, but due to the number of issues the theme has and the number of modifications that are necessary, it is not supported by SLB. This is the extent of the support that I can offer on getting SLB to work with this theme.
