How do I change the size/aspect ratio of the image in templates such as templete ID: 9. the rotator size can be easily adjusted, but the image seems to be always using the same aspect ratio of 9:16 (for exsample) no matter how wide i made the rotator.

    Hi,

To learn about scaling/cropping options, see: http://www.dwuser.com/support/easyrotator/kb/photo-cropping/

To learn about making a rotator responsive, see: http://www.dwuser.com/support/easyrotator/kb/responsive-dimensions/

that is not the problem. the available image area seems to be limited to a certain width. but if you make the rotator bigger, the width is the available area stays the same while the height increases. this makes the image only show up on a narrow strip. I would like it to be scaled the same, so that the text and image shares the rotator area equally as shown in example.

    Hi Peter,

I apologize, but I'm not fully clear on the issue based on just your description. Can you please include annotated screenshot(s) as well as a link to your page?

    Sincerely,
    Drew O'Neill
