I'm going to apply for webspace tomorrow. I have to tell my host what size of webspace I require. It goes up in 5Mb increments. I just want to put on text and some pics but no video or sound. How much do I need?

Posted 4 years ago #WordPress alone requires very little space for a typical blog. 5 or 10 would probably be ample, at least for the blog.
As for the pics and video, you just need to look at the filesizes and see how much space they'll need. But WP itself is efficiently coded.

Posted 4 years ago #Just out of curiosity who are you "applying for hosting" with? 5MB seems like very small increments by todays standards.
I have a feeling you might be able to find a better deal. However, I guess we need to see your host first.
