Hi all, I had a wordpress.com site and we’re moving to wordpress.org. I’ve always used oxygen and now on the oxygen.org host it’s oxygen 0.5.
I’m trying to get it to look there same again, but there is one big issue; the front page pictures are now full size instead of cropped. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
    Old site:
    http://www.laserpunch.wordpress.com
    New site:
    http://www.laserpunch.nl

    Thanks so much!

Does no-one have any idea? Am I really the only one who is having this issue?

I think the problem is that wp.com crops images on the fly and cached. When transfer the site, the transfer only downloads original images and not all those cached versions.

Install this plugin and run it once.
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

First, read how the plugin works, test it on 1 post see if that fixes it, run it all once, deactivate and delete after use.

Also, to avoid duplicate content issue, you should now go to your old site (at wp.com) and configure it to tell search engine to no index this site. And then after 2-3 months from this, make it a private blog.
