   all the sites (not the main site) is a blank screen and I can't go in the wp-admin of the sites.

   Blank screen = php error. Look at the server logs for starters. If there's nothing there, deactivate all your plugins by renaming the plugins folder via ftp.

   It says
   Not Found

   but http://adsmac.com/adam/wp-login.php works.
