   I am not entirely sure if this could possibly be a hosting issue, or if it is a wordpress issue. Any ideas?

   Any time myself or the other administrator of my wordpress site makes an update, we can not see the update on the website. In order to see the changes made, we have to log out of wordpress, delete our cache, close out of firefox, and then refresh the browser about 20 times for the new change to appear for us.

   Is there any way to help wordpress refresh the pages for us so that firefox sees the changes?

   Are you using any caching plugins?

   I am experiencing the same problem. I have disabled plugins, clearing the browsing history, even gone to a computer that hasn't visited the website before...still not updating
