    Hey all, a client of mine is on an old hunk of a site. The issue is that there is a boatload of well structured content, all split into sections and languages. Having to rebuild the structure is one thing, but is there a way I can import a site into wordpress via a sitemap.xml ? His home built CMS does generate that. So I thought there must already be something allowing me to do that. Thinking this should help the to-wordpress conversion rate even more for WP.

    I have googled sitemap import wordpress, sitemap.xml to wordpress and many other combinations, but to no avail.

    Anyone that has done this before, or a pointer?

    let me know
