Sitemap not regenerating after Post!

WP 3.5
Wordpress SEO 1.3.4.4

It appears that my sitemap is at least 2 days out of date. It seems that something is broken because my sitemap has old data with in it. Is there a way to reset the sitemap? My recent post did not make it in.
