I'm trying to link Jetpack to my Namesco-hosted WordPress site and get the "site_inaccessible" error (HTTP 403). The site is publicly accessible, not behind any firewall, etc.
There is another thread where a site is hosted with Namesco having the same problems http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/linking-jetpack-on-httpgw-associatesnet-to-httpgwassociateswordpresscom
Hi,
Could you check to see if you can access the /xmlrpc.php file from your blog? It should be accessible from http://YOUR_SITE_URL/xmlrpc.php
Thanks,
Tim

Hi Tim,
Thanks - I'm getting the 403 Access Denied error on xmlrpc.php.
I'll look at raising a support ticket with Namesco, can you advise on what I need to be asking from them?
Some hosts block xmlrpc.php specifically. I'd just send them the URL and what you are trying to do. They should be able to tell you why they block it and if they are willing to unblock it.
Tim
