I have a site with a theme purchased in the secondary market. It was working fine for a while but now I am having difficulty with it loading. Oddly enough, this is an issue only in the morning. Sometimes there is a 404 message, sometimes not. By 10:30 (est) it is loading just fine. This issue has been consistent over quite a few days.
My ISP (Go Daddy) tells me that it's likely an issue with my .htaccess. Being new to WordPress, it seems like a possibility to me but I don't know any better. The thing I can't get my head around is that the issue is somehow related to the time of day.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

GoDaddy support (oxymoron, IMHO), just has sales folks who read from a screen from their (poorly written) support area articles...review this article on .htaccess and you can use Google to find articles related to your issues on this forum.

So you believe this is a permalink issue? The article that you linked to had info about htaccess but not a lot. My site is static and there are no posts to track. My links are not pretty, they are still in their raw state. But even my main page has this loading issue. Could you be a little more specific as to what you think is afoot here?
After following the links at the page I linked you to (took me a bit longer than 15 minutes to study, understand, and apply the techniques), can you please use pastebin (as per forum rules) to link us to your .htaccess file code and also provide a site link?
