Site Won't Load

    Hi,
    My site
    http://www.yogamovesuk.com
    won’t load…I’m just told the server is taking too long and through another platform the web address can’t be found?
    My hosting platform is all up to date.
    The only thing that’s changed recently, as far as I’m aware, is that the site automatically updated itself to this 3.7.2 version and now I can’t access it.
    Can’t access the back end either.
    Help!
