My website greengearstransportation.com was hacked two days ago. It has since been fixed and all is well except the post page is messed up. The topics are strewn on one page and the sidebar is affected as well. Any Ideas? I tried deleting the entire post and re-posting but to no avail.

They might have hacked your index.php file.
I looked at your html source and it's missing both the header and footer info (no style sheet, etc.)

Thank you!
Sorry but I am new to this. How do I go about fixing this?

If you have FTP and a backup of your files, you can upload a backup copy of index.php to replace the current version of index.php.

Look at header.php in your theme; there is lots of html code out of place and that is what is throwing your sidebar out of place. Do you a fresh copy of your theme - AutumnScene - to upload? If that theme was customedited, you're going to have to try and compare the php/html code between the original and yoir custom theme to work it out.
