Site versus blog URL (1 post)

    Hello all,
    could you help me with following task, please?

    I have instaled WP as CMS for my site ( http://www.mysite.com ) and I also want to run a site blog in third level domain ( blog.mysite.com ).

    I have already made setup for reading settings (Front page - static page "Homepage" , Posts page - "Blog").

    Now I have 2 questions:

    1) How can I convert page "Blog" ( http://www.mysite.com/blog ) to third level domain "blog.mysite.com"?

    2) How can I ensure that my blogpost will have URL blog.mysite.com/post-1 (or http://www.mysite.com/blog/post-1) and not http://www.mysite.com/post-1 ?
