Check your wp-config.php
file and remove the define('WP_SITEURL
and define('WP_HOME
rows.

I’m looking at the wp-config.php now and the define(‘WP_SITEURL and define(‘WP_HOME rows, are not there. Does it being setup as a multi-site have something to do with it?

That is entirely possible. I’ll move your topic over to the Multisite forum so the experts can weigh in.
What is it you’re trying to do? changing the main site url & home in a multisite settings will usually bork things badly.
If you’re trying to edit some fo the other ones, go to Super Admin -> Sites and hover over each one to see the edit link. But you rarely have to touch these.
I have two separate domain names for the two blogs. When I point our domain to the index.php, I need the wordpress pages appear as http://www.pointeddomain.com/wordpresspage
If you want a separate domain for one of the sites in the network, use this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/
Thank you I am going to try the plugin you suggested. It seems like it will do what I need it to do.
This is the error message I am receiving when trying to activate the plugin:
The domain mapping plugin only works if the site is installed in /. This is a limitation of how virtual servers work and is very difficult to work around.
There’s your problem. even without the plugin, editing the urls exactly is still going to cause issues, because you’ve installed in a folder off the main domain.
Oh I see so I need to install directly into the hosting account and not in a folder. What if its being hosted by another domain hosting account. Am I just going to have to get a hosting account for that domain I want to use wordpress with?
If you want to use domain mapping as well, then yes.
