    Hi all,
Just a quick question. Ive completed the steps up to loading wp-install.php but the page isnt found when i type in the location ( http://www.robertlavery.com/wordpress/wp-install.php. Im not sure why or how its not working but I hav a funny feeling I havent set the right info in the config file under site url. As ya can see below ive used the url plus the sub directory where the files reside.
    $siteurl = 'http://robertlavery.com/wordpress'; // Double check this, it's very important.
Any help on this will be much appreciated.

Actually I had this same problem too. I figured it out by looking in the folders via FTP to find the install file. Maybe this should be mentioned in the readme file? A small change to the wording would probably save a lot of confusion :D

yeah, I also had to discover that the b2 to wordpress converter/upgrader is in /wp-admin also. maybe it's in the readme but I missed it. or maybe we're supposed to review all the files, as we upload them, or something.

If you load the readme.html into your browser, it does provide a link to wp-admin/wp-install.php under the heading "New users: 5-minute install"
It doesn't provide a link to the upgrade script but we will correct that.
    Thanks,
    Mike
