    Thanks to all you awesome volunteer moderators my site looks less like poop than it did earlier this evening.

    I managed to get the site mostly to where I want it to be, minus some nagging changing the font issues, but what was just a few minutes "YAY! I DID IT" has turned into "What Now?!?" :)

    I got header image where I wanted it to be and also managed to find something about the wrapping & padding that would give me a sold white color underneath the actual site content.

    Anywho - I guess now my header image is covering up my site title. Can I have my cake and eat it too?

    Based on your site's code, it isn't covering the title text. It's probably your theme has an option to display either text or image, but not both.

    <h1 id="site-title">
        <a rel="Home" title="Crazy As Normal" href="http://crazyasnormal.com">
            <img alt="Crazy As Normal" src="http://crazyasnormal.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/cropped-PicMonkey-Collage.jpg" class="logo">
        </a>
    </h1>

    You have to edit the header.php file make some changes to that part, to display both of them. It's recommended to create child theme, copy the header.php and insert into the child theme folder to make changes, so you can update the parent theme without erasing your work.
