  • It may be that there is a conflict in your WordPress configuration that is “breaking” WPtouch Pro’s script.

To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data then test.

If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.

Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested but had the same issue. However, after reactivation the facebook plugin is properly displayed. The menu button is still an issue, though.

    What else can we try?

When you discover the plugin that is causing the conflict and want to continue using the free version of WPtouch, you may want to search for an alternative. If you want to keep the plugin you have and also want to keep using WPtouch, you may want to consider upgrading to WPtouch Pro as it offers the ability to try to deactivate conflicting plugins only within your mobile theme.
