   I changed the title of my site. When the site loads inside a browser tab - the old site title appears - I don't know where I might look to make certain to new site title always appears in the browser tabs.

   I did clear caches. BUT I also made a change in my site's root (via codex) so there may be two of something and one is incorrect.

   Has anyone had this problem who may know how to fix it?

   I guess its the All in One SEO plugin. Did you check your 'All in One SEO' settings?
