   Is there a plugin or custom code I can include to show logged in users a dropdown list of the sites they are members of from the front end? Like the Multisite Switcher plugin, but accessible from the front end rather than admin area?

   I know BuddyPress has the My Blogs list, but I'd like something that functions outside of or independent of BuddyPress.
