So I installed WP through my cPanel and have chosen a theme and set my settings, but how do I set it all to my site? Whenever I type in my address, I still get a site under construction page. What am I doing wrong?

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and rename the index.html file in your root domain.

I have searched and found no index.html file. What did I do wrong or miss?

It could be that your hosts need to change something at their end. Have you tried contacting them?

Not yet. What could it be though? Why would this file be missing?

Not sure. The exact mechanism for holding pages varies from host to host.
