I recently moved my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org (http://realfoodrealdeals.com). The site is loading very slowly, and Hostgator told me it looks like I have 2 caches running (even though I only see one on my plugin list). They also said I have optimization problems through WordPress. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Sometimes it loads quickly and sometimes it doesn't. I checked it this morning and it was slow to load again. Once it loads, I can move quickly through the pages and posts - it's usually just the initial loading.

A test at this speed testing site shows your site loads in 1.49 seconds and it is faster than 79% of all tested websites. The performance grade reported is 82/100. I think that is very good.

Yes, it can be something wrong with your browser, local network settings, etc. I tested your site a few times. I got really good results.
