• One of my sites needed a slight change. I did it then went to view it. Main page is fine. Every other page is gone.

So I clicked a month in the sidebar

    Not Found

The requested URL /2011/03/ was not found on this server.

My change was on index.php. I changed Older Entries to Previous Page. Even if I screwed that up, the older months would still be viable.

I went through some Posts, hit View and all are 404. They are in my admin but not online. All 404 as /title-of-post was not found on this server

I looked through my Activity Monitor and only one removal

    2013-12-15 09:15:51
Wordpress deleted 50 Shades of Grey on My blog

I need help. Oh I edited a missing post, hit Update but it still is not online.

We cannot answer such generic questions.

Please fix your site by removing your edits.

It isn’t generic, it’s very specific. I can’t give more details as that is everything. If the edit — not edits, just one — what did that do to remove the posts? There were two to be done but I only edited text. Changed two words. No coding was changed. I did one to test before I did the second one.

I remember doing the edit but will forget by tonight. Here is the code

    class="navigation">
    			<div class="alignleft"><?php next_posts_link('&laquo; Older Entries') ?></div>
    			<div class="alignright"><?php previous_posts_link('Previous Page &raquo;') ?></div>

This is in theme not child.

I put back the old index file but errors still are there. This seems to be an issue going on for a while. Error logs beginning Saturday have FILE DOES NOT EXIST so I’m sure my edit didn’t affect the site.

I’m editing that file on another site or the single.php file (whichever has the code) but will go through the site (not launched yet) and check all links first.

But I still need to know how to find all my pages.

I have the same problem while moving a website from a server to another. Don’t know what happened there’s no aditional info about the problem anywhere.

I’ve searched for one of my posts and the search engine was able to find it. But the URL is shown like this:

    http://www.domain.com/?s=page/

How can this “?s=” be removed from the URL?
