   I recently bought webhosting from 1&1 to host a personal/portfolio site and I installed WordPress 3.3.1 successfully, but accidentally put my site at mattmuenzer.com/wordpress, rather than mattmuenzer.com (also accidentally changed the "WordPress URL," which did not allow me to access the admin panel). Anyway, I reuploaded WordPress to /. and reinstalled it, but now, it only shows the "domain registered" page (it worked before at /wordpress). I can access the admin panel and switch themes and everything, but no matter what, the output is the domain registration page.

   Any thoughts?

   FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the index.html holding page in your domain's root folder.
