Site Not Showing

I disabled the coming soon template and my site is still not showing. I read a previous thread about deactivating the cache plugin. I actually deactivated the cache plugin and coming soon. When I did, the site showed up but then i re-activated the cache plugin, cleared all caches and it went back to the coming soon theme and its not even activated. Can i get some help with this please.
