   I upgraded to WP 2.9.1
   Pictures are not displayed on the screen; just 1 second and then a moving icon.
   What do I have to do?

   It looks to me like all of the images not loading (please remember that I don't know what images are supposed to be there) have something to do with the event-calendar plugin. You might check to see if there is an update for that plugin, or even just deactivate it and then reactivate it. If it was not deactivated during the upgrade it may have gotten out of sync.

   Unbelievable it works again after deactivating the event calendar plugin.
   I do not have a clue why the calendar plugin has something to do with the images ...
   Do I best unistall the calendar plugin and upload again to make sure everything is ok?
   Anyway 1000x thanks as my images are much more important then the calendar.

   Those animated gray striped loading images were all being pulled from the event-calendar directory. I don't know why.
