    [Moderated: Entire style sheet removed. It is not necessary to post your style sheet to the forum. It can easily be checked simply by visiting your site.]

    Something like this would go to your index (or header.php):
    <div id="header">
    <div id="headerimg">
    <h1><a href="http://www.stainmedia.com/politicalmaestro/blog" title=""></a></h1>
    </div>
    </div>
    <div id="supernavcontainer">
    <ul id="supernav">
    <li><a href="http://www.politicalmaestro.com" id="home">Home</a></li>
    <li><a href="#" id="Insignia">Insignia</a></li>
    <li><a href="#" id="photos">Photos</a></li>
    <li><a href="mailto:contact@politicalmaestro.com" id="contact">Contact</a></li>
    </ul>
    </div>

    That link you provided has all the necessary CSS it seems.

    well, put the necessary bits inside the code where you see fit :) I'm just looking at the generated source code so I don't know what kind of PHP magic there is before I see it :)

    by the way, if you want to show code on these forums, put a back tick (Shift + the key next to backspace or whatever -- at least on this keyboard) around the code and it'll show up nicely

    Alright.
    I mentioned at the beginning that your CSS is weird (an HTML page). The page is fetching CSS from http://www.stainmedia.com/politicalmaestro/blog/wp-layout.css which is an HTML page. The problem now is that the page isn't getting the stylesheet from the correct location.
