Site name at end of Title

I love you SEO plugin and use it all the time for both myself and clients with great results I have one issue that I cant figure out though.

For my pages im using %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%% %%sep%% %%sitedesc%%

Let go to http://www.rushbar.co.za/products/training-bar/
Now this works, and give the site a title of
“Training Bar – RUSH – Natural and Nutritional Bars” except if you hover over the tab header in the top of your browser, you will see that at the end it says the site name again making it:
“Training Bar – RUSH – Natural and Nutritional BarsRUSH” and im totally confused as to why its doing this. Im assuming its WP thats doing this, but how can i remove it
