Site Maintenance notice won't go away

    I have no site maintenance plugins installed (the one that WAS installed has been deleted), and all of my plugins are deactivated, and yet, when I log out, a ‘site maintenance’ notice is up instead of my site (www.cosmicgirl.net). I am baffled.

    I can’t even access your site. It looks like you have the hosting set up but your domain isn’t set up correctly so it’s not displaying any pages or content. Just the default page that shows up before you’ve linked your databse to the site.

    In other words, it looks like nothing is installed on the server.
