Same here, just today. However:
- No Jetpack installed
- Only Firefox is affected
- Only on this computer, Firefox is fine on other machines
- Cleared site cookies, no change
- Both frontend and /wp-admin were stuck
But I found the answer for me…
For some reason I had the browser view ZOOM-ed way in, so it was looking mobile. Since Firefox apparently keeps separate view settings per site, it wasn’t obvious to me that it was a zooming issue.
So, switching zoom back to 100% (Ctrl-0) resolved my problem.
@meiguoren
This is happening in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer so it sounds like we have different issues.
Does your site issue this header correctly?

This could be caused by an aggressive caching plugin or service. If you use plugins like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, you’ll want to configure them to be mobile compatible.
If you do not use such plugins, could you both let me know your site URL so I can have a look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thanks!

I am using Hyper Cache Extened…
do you know of a work around?
I’m afraid I’m not familiar with this caching plugin, but you could try to contact the plugin author to ask them if their plugin includes mobile options. I know W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache include such options, so this plugin might as well.
Me too. Same problem. I am using Gator Cache.
@norman C Hoffmann I see you’ve contacted the plugin author. They should be able to hep.
