Now I am getting this message as I re-installed WP.

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘1-category’ for key 2]
    INSERT INTO wpi4fmm_term_taxonomy (term_id, taxonomy, description, parent, count) VALUES (‘1’, ‘category’, ”, ‘0’, ‘1’)

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘blogroll’ for key 2]
INSERT INTO wpi4fmm_terms (name, slug, term_group) VALUES (‘Blogroll’, ‘blogroll’, ‘0’)

WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘2-link_category’ for key 2]
    INSERT INTO wpi4fmm_term_taxonomy (term_id, taxonomy, description, parent, count) VALUES (‘2’, ‘link_category’, ”, ‘0’, ‘7’)

I am searching the forum for other incidents.

    The problem was I had a 301 redirect before I upgraded to 2.3 from http://www.monikamcgillicuddy.com/wordpress to http://monikamcgillicuddy.com/wordpress.

I didn’t change the wordpress URL and the blog URL address in the admin section under options.

    Voila it’s fixed.

    I hope.

A big thanks should go to Mark Flanders from Soundbite blog
for all his hard work and effort.

Another big thanks to Kevin from Blue Host webhosting company for actually fixing the issue.
