Site Hacked – Scripts Installed, Took Down Site

I have WordPress installed on my own domain, been using it for 4 years. Today I got an email from my host saying the account is suspended because of overuse, likely from someone exploiting the site by running their own scripts.

Also, recently received the following email from Google about the same thing:

Many times, they will upload files or modify existing ones, which then show up as spam in our index.

The following is some example hidden text we found at http://nynerd.com/2006/06/page/3/:
