   It looks like I have a web site that's been hacked. If you visit the URL, you will see several error lines, but the actual page displays underneath them.

   My host recommends a WordPress upgrade, but I can't access the dashboard now (I just get errors when I log in) I'm not sure how to do this via FTP while preserving the site content.

   Can I do a FTP upgrade and preserve the content of an existing site? What files do I protect?

   This is a bit of an emergency, and I sincerely appreciate the help.
