I wanted the wordpress installation to be on a sub-domain. When installing WordPress the first time the default was to upload wordpress to a directory. So I uploaded it to a directory, which is also the location of a sub-domain on Blue Host cpanel. The wordpress site came up OK when accessing through the sub-domain, but when clicking on links within the wordpress blog, I would get 500 server errors.

So I uninstalled wordpress and re-installed it on the sub-domain. I even took out a new wordpress username and password. But I still get errors when clicking on links within wordpress; even more of them. I can not even get in when clicking on "Log In". I get "ERROR: Invalid username" when I use the new username and password for the site.

I don't know what to do!!
