• My site looks just they way I’d like it to on my computer using Mozilla but not on other computers or even other servers on the same computer. This has been the same all along. But, recently, I added a custom logo which shifted where my top menu was. On my computer, on Mozilla, it just shifted below, between the logo and the slider. The only problem with that was that it was white letters on a pale yellow background so it didn’t show up well. So, I changed the css so that it would be blue. I was very happy with the results until I discovered that the color did not change when viewed from other computers or servers. Also, when I view it on Internet Explorer on my computer the menu did not shift down but is partially covered over with the logo. Is there an easy way to fix this.

No there is no easy way to fix these browser compatibility issues and you can expect to hire a developer to resolve this for you because of the complexity involved.
Alternatively contact the people who gave you that theme.
