   I just installed 2.7 last night.

   It was working, but then the host disabled the database due to usage spikes.

   Here is my site:
   http://www.tokiohotelamerica.com

   If I try to go there, it redirects to:
   http://www.tokiohotelamerica.com/wp-admin/install.php

   My WP is not in my root directory.

   The host says it is being caused by a plugin.

   If I post to my WP install:
   http://www.tokiohotelamerica.com/mag/wp-admin/

   It tells me I have to install wordpress.

   The host says:
   "I believe an internal WordPress redirect makes this a valid URL, but it has started to infinitely redirect since installing the plugins. I would suggest removing any .htaccess modifications resulting from the plugin installation and the plugins themselves until WordPress redirects properly once again."

   But... I cannot do anything because it is on the redirect loop?

   Please help? I hope someone has had this happen because I am losing my mind.

   Okay, I did a database repair and can get back into the blog now.

   Any idea how I would troubleshoot which plugins have an internal redirect to the wrong place?

   Wow! WordPress is very amazing community!

   I have got the solution now, thanks to Whooami

   Below is the fix, just follow the instructions, very simple!
   
   When your website redirects to wp-admin/install.php [FIX] :

   1. Login to phpMyAdmin.
   2. Select the database and click on 'Structure' tab.
   3. Right under the list of table there is a "Check All" link. Click on it to select all tables.
   4. From a "With selected:" drop-down menu right next to it, choose "Check table".

   To Repair:

   1. Login to phpMyAdmin
   2. Choose the affected database. If you only have one database, it should choose it by default so you don't need to do anything.
   3. In the main panel, you should see a list of your database tables. Check the boxes by the tables that need repair.
   4. At the bottom of the window just below the list of tables, there is a drop down menu. Choose "Repair Table"
