Site background image is not detected as "in use."

The background image for the site, as set by the Appearance > Background page is not detected as “in use.” This is with the 1.6.0 version of the plugin, WP 3.6.1 and Weaver II Pro v2.0 theme, though I suspect it will happen with any theme.
