Single.php how can I make it go to comments box not to the title

    I created a single.php but when you click on comments it goes to the title of the post and users must scroll down to the comments box.
    how can I make it go to “comments box” or the start of comments not to the title

    Add
    <a name="comments"></a>
    to where you want the readers to jump to i.e. add it to just before the comments area in comments.php. Now in your links to the comments, use (for example)
    <a href="http://www.roadstoiraq.com/?p=247#comments">
