   is there any plugin to create a single sitemap for all the sites under the same network?

   No, not really.

   You could use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-sitewide-tags/ to aggregate all the posts to one blog and use the sitemap from that single blog.

   If same content found on multiple pages, don't you think it would be considered as Content Duplicacy?

   no, because the duplicated content is fudged and uses the originating permalink.
